Now that the weather is cooling down from the scorching 100s to the, well, mid-80s, it's time to work in more outdoor walks and running around-play time for your pups. Obesity in pets isn't cute, it's dangerous for their health! Make it a point to keep an eye on your pets' weight, and consult your vet if you have questions or concerns!

October is Adopt a Dog Month, a meaningful time to highlight the many dogs waiting for loving homes. Adoption gives pets a second chance and can bring joy to families ready for a new companion.

Even if adoption is not possible right now, sharing adoptable pets or supporting shelters can still make a difference.
