🐾 Scheduling Reminder! 🐾

For any and all scheduling questions or appointment requests, you can also reach out directly to Janeen at 603-425-9432!

Sometimes Kristina’s line can get an overwhelming amount of messages, so having another point of contact helps us get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

If you have a preferred groomer, please let Janeen know when you reach out to schedule so we can make sure you’re booked with the groomer you’re requesting.

Please do not message both Kristina and Janeen at the same time regarding the same appointment. This can create confusion and duplicate scheduling while we’re trying to keep everyone’s appointments organized. Please choose one contact and allow us time to respond.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us keep scheduling running smoothly!

🎄🎃🚨 HOLIDAY JUMP SCARE! 🚨👻🦃

The holidays are coming… whether we’re ready or not. 😂

October, November & December are already filling up, so now is the time to get those holiday appointments booked!

And with the busy season approaching, please plan to arrive on time and communicate with your groomer if you’re running late, need to drop off early, or need to cancel/reschedule. A little communication goes a long way and helps everyone avoid unnecessary fees! 🐾
