Looking to adopt a senior pet? Meet Gerry!!! 🩵🐾
This sweet senior boy was found wandering along a busy road in the Dayton area. Despite our efforts to locate his family, we were unable to find his owners. Gerry does have a microchip, but unfortunately it was never registered to a specific person.
After exhausting every avenue to reunite him with his family, our team decided to take Gerry into foster care and give him the medical attention he deserved.
Since joining the Alpha Veterinary Clinic family, Gerry has received:
✔️ A full physical examination
✔️ Comprehensive blood work
✔️ Negative heartworm/tick test
✔️ Vaccinations
✔️ F***l Test and Deworming
✔️ Monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention
✔️ A dental procedure with several infected teeth removed
✔️ Removal of an eyelid mass that was causing discomfort
Today, Gerry is feeling so much better and is ready for the next chapter of his life.
We estimate Gerry is around 12 years old and likely a Cairn Terrier mix. He is incredibly sweet, well-mannered, easygoing, and happiest when he’s simply by your side. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much—just someone to spend his days with.
Gerry’s adoption fee is $200 to help offset a portion of his medical care.
We would love to find Gerry a forever home where he can enjoy his senior years surrounded by love. As his foster family, we’d also love to stay connected and receive updates on how he’s doing.
