📢 Another Clinic Update!

We are still phone and internet-less over here! 🫠📵 But we are SO thankful for everyone’s patience, understanding, and kindness while we continue to work through it all. ❤️

Just a reminder that we will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th for Labor Day and will resume our normal hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

We’re happy to give our hardworking team a little time to rest and recharge, and hopefully, by Tuesday, our phones and internet will decide to come back to us! 🥹🙏😂

Just a quick update, we are still without internet and phones today, and unfortunately, we don’t have an update yet on when they’ll be back up.

🐾 If you’re scheduled with us today, we are still seeing appointments as scheduled! We just ask that you please be patient with our team, as things are taking a little longer than usual while we work around the outage.

⚠️ UPDATE: Our phones and internet are still down, and we are also currently experiencing difficulties with our credit/debit card and CareCredit payment systems.

If you have an appointment with us today and are able to bring cash for payment, it would be extremely helpful! If cash isn’t an option, we will do our best to accommodate you.

🌧️ Good Morning from Delaware Animal Clinic! 🌧️

We hope everyone is safe and staying that way this morning! It definitely looks like Eduard has made his way here and brought some rough weather with him.

Most of our staff lives outside of the immediate area and is currently having difficulty making it safely to the clinic due to downed power lines, flooding, and debris in the roads.

We do plan to be open today, but we ask everyone to please be patient with our team as they make their way to the clinic slowly and safely. Because of the conditions, we may experience an opening delay this morning while everyone travels in.

Most importantly, please do not put your safety at risk to get to us. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to the weather, just let us know. We completely understand and are happy to work with you!

We will continue to monitor conditions and keep everyone updated as we can. ❤️

Stay safe, stay off the roads if you can, and take care of yourselves and your four-legged family members! 🐾

🌧️ Weather Update — Clinic Closure Tomorrow 🌧️

After closely monitoring the weather conditions developing in the Gulf, we have made the decision to close the clinic tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1st, out of an abundance of caution.

The safety of our clients, patients, and staff is our top priority. We do not want anyone putting themselves in danger traveling to the clinic, especially as many of our team members commute from out of town and have longer drives to get here.

We plan to resume our normal business hours on Wednesday, September 2nd, assuming conditions allow.

We will continue to monitor the weather and post updates here on Facebook as we are able. Please keep an eye on our page for any additional information.
