We spent last weekend at the NC state fair show and though it was a rainy one we came home with a lot to work on but over all a good time!
Abigail showed Ariel in the children’s ponies and did well having to navigate the driving rain and temperatures dropping on Sat. She even picked up some ribbons and came home with a great plan going forward!
Stephanie and Honor were on fire Fri and Sat and took home a win in the warm up Fri as well as one of the over fences on Sat. This was a huge milestone for both of them!
I took K sera to play and get some experience and it was a great start to our partnership after just getting her this summer. I’m excited for our future.
There were fireworks and a bunch of rain on Sat night so we opted to pack it up Sunday morning after the horses told us they had enough. We knew that was the right decision for us. Until the next one!!!

Last weekend was spent at the NCHJA C finals! It was chilly in the morning but warmed up nicely for perfect weather and great riding all weekend!

We always enjoy coming to this show! It gives the kids a goal to work towards and opportunities to improve! Our team held their own and had a great weekend!

Late to post but last weekend we went to the Sedgefield Hunter Jumper classic and had a blast!
Stephanie and Honor laid down one of the best rounds I’ve seen from this duo. She had me on the edge of my seat!Abby and Ariel moved up to the Children’s Ponies and worked through some growing pains but improved each round and even won the hack in the schooling ponies Fri!
Addie and Major held their own in the long stirrup coming away with great rides and placings all weekend!
Here’s to getting the BEST from the amazing horses we have❤️

It was a HOT but WONDERFUL weekend and the Triangle Farms show in Raleigh!!!

Isla and Beau did their second show to date in the walk trot poles class on Sat and sun and made great improvements over the course of the weekend! It was so nice to see them out showing what they have learned!
Stephanie and Honor braved the 3ft amateurs and came home with great memories, VERY consistent rounds and even a tricolored ribbon on Sunday! We adore this team! It’s so great to see the progress they are making!
Bladen and Velma completed on Saturday in the childrens ponies and walked away with champion and some good rounds! This team keeps showing up and doing their best and I’m so proud of them!
Emerson and Ella completed in their first time doing the cross rails! Saturday was amazing, Ella showed Emerson the ropes and they had a blast even bringing home the championship ribbon! Sunday was a little more challenging and Emerson experienced her first fall. We always say “sometimes you win and sometimes you learn!” This kid was able to do both and had a great attitude. She rode determined and was able to pull and win in the under saddle and first hunter so she still brought home champion on Sunday! What an accomplishment!
Ellen’s horse Cairo went and played in the schooling hunters on Sat and was amazing as always! This young horse braved the scary covered arena like a pro and keeps improving every time out!

Tryon summer 2 was nothing short of amazing. It’s always so much fun going and enjoying this great venue!

Stephanie and Honor had some of the most consistency in their rounds this weekend that I have even seen from the pair. They held their own in a competitive adult hunter division. This was the teams first time at Tryon and they enjoyed it so much!
Abigail and Ariel competed in the short stirrup division and even though this pony worked through some green moments they came away with some great ribbons including a win in one of their over fences classes and a second in the challenge round!
Abby also rode Ariel in the foothills division as well as the 2’3 USHJA on Fri. The perseverance this kid has is outstanding! This duo took on some challenges like a change of arena and Abby piloted Ariel to a great experience her first time showing at this venue and picked up some great placings as well!
Bladen rode his pony Velma in the childrens pony division and had some of his best rounds to date! He ended up reserve champion for the weekend!
Addison and Major held their own with some amazing rounds in the foothills on Sat and sun. This pony always gives her his best and their partnership has grown so much! They brought home great ribbons in a big division!
Bella came for another visit this summer and got the borrow the amazing Zimba for the weekend. Thank you Lauren Hill for sharing him with us! While she had to work out some kinks on Fri, by Saturday she had it figured out and the team ended up champion in the foothills on Sunday with multiple wins in the over fences and the under saddle! Great job Bella and Zimba!

It was a small group of mighty 2! Christina and Cairo and Camille and Ella still managed to bring home some great ribbons and completed some amazing rides this past weekend at the Williamston Hunter C show!

Ellen’s baby horse Cairo stepped into his first show this weekend handling so many hurdles like a pro! We are so excited for this baby horse’s future!

Ella and Camille had some of their personal best round to date! They were able to count their strides on all their lines successfully and get around the big indoor arena with ease! They brought championship ribbons back to Beaufort both days! Way to go team!
