People want to know why I require a deposit on puppy adoption..
Yesterday I drove 2 hours one way for a no show.

The person messages me AFTER I'm there with the baby and tells me, “Oh, I can't get off work. It will have to be later this evening or another day.
I “tried” messaging you”.

My time is valuable, my babies are precious, and people are not dependable.
So from now on, I don’t care if people say, “I’m on my way now.” I’m going to require a non- refundable deposit, no exceptions.
