Graceful Hearts Farm Graceful Heart Farms is dedicated to rehibilitating mainly adult dogs. We rescue these animals from puppy mills or places that can no longer care for them.

We hope to give them the best life possible.

This girl!!!! I cannot thank everyone enough for your donations to help make this possible!! Including soehnlen vet clinic! Mike sparring! Dave soehnlen and all my Chloe followers!! You are all amazing!! And this sweet girl has a new chance!!!
Once recovered she will be spayed and up for adoption!! If anyone is interested in fostering or adopting this girl feel free to reach out. Shes going to be a medium size I assume.. under 30lbs. She couldn't be a happier girl! Please check out her wish list if you want to help!

CHLOE UPDATE!!!!
Her amputation went well they are going to keep her overnight and I will be picking her up in morning! Huge thank you to everyone who has donated. We are still a little short of our goal! Also making her a amazon wish list for a few things she is going to need for recovery.
I added some toys, and bones and some odd and end stuff ill need for her. And a new bed. . She is going to need to be distracted due to me having to keep her quiet while shes recovering!!

Graceful Hearts Farm has taken in a precious Heeler/Border Collie mix who has been through so much. 💔
She was stepped on by a horse, leaving her with a severely injured leg. Unfortunately, her leg cannot be saved and she will need to have it amputated.
🩺 HER SURGERY IS TOMORROW! We are expecting the cost to be around $400–$500, and we are asking for donations to help cover her surgery and recovery.
Despite everything she has been through, this girl is absolutely the sweetest. ❤️ She has such a wonderful personality and is going to make someone an incredible dog.
Once she has recovered, she will be looking for her forever home. Three legs and all, we know she is going to make someone a wonderful companion! 🐾❤️
