As some of you know, we groom any any pup that Hancock County Animal Shelter, MS needs us to. It’s our little way of giving back, and helping these pups find loving homes will always be something close to our hearts. ❤️

Bella was the first dog I groomed for them. As soon as I saw her photos on Facebook, I knew I had to help her. Called them right away.

Within that same week, the shelter took her in, I groomed her, and she was adopted! 🥹

She was so incredibly skinny when she came to us, and it honestly broke my heart. But her spirit wasn’t broken. She was sweet, trusting, and seemed to know she was finally in good hands.

Bella landed an AMAZING home, and the best part? We still get to see her! 💕

These pictures are the same dog… and it’s absolutely crazy to see the difference. When I first groomed her, I could literally pick her up with one hand—which is INSANE for a Standard Poodle!

Now? I have to use some strength to pick this girl up! 😂 She’s healthy, happy, loved, and thriving. 🥰

Stories like Bella’s are exactly why I love what I do. This is why I’ll always make time for the shelter. Hancock County Animal Shelter does so much for the animals in our community, and we’re incredibly grateful to be able to help in even a small way.

Bella’s story is a reminder that sometimes all a dog needs is a little help, a little love, and someone willing to give them a chance. ❤️🐾

🐩 POODLE, DOODLE & OODLE OWNERS — THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🙈

Did you know those fluffy ears may need a little extra attention? 👂✨ Some poodles, doodles, and oodles grow a lot of hair inside their ear canals, which can trap moisture and contribute to that “what is that smell?!” situation. 😂

Flip those ears over and give them a little check! 👀 Who knows… maybe all that fluff is why they don’t listen sometimes! 🤣

We offer ear hair plucking to help keep those ears clean and comfortable. 🐾💗
