We will be closed In our Baxley location starting at noon today and will reopen at 8:30am Friday morning. If you have an emergency, please call one of the emergency vets in Savannah or Warner Robbin’s. Stay safe and enjoy the snow!

We are happy to report that both our Vidalia and Baxley locations will be open for regular business hours beginning tomorrow, October 3rd! To schedule an appointment, please call our after-hours line at 912-388-0537, or message us here on Facebook.

UPDATE: Our Vidalia and Baxley locations will reopen for business tomorrow! Unfortunately, we took a loss on our refrigerated items including vaccines and medications and will therefore be able to offer only limited services until we are able to restock.

Thankfully, our Baxley location has power. However, due to the majority of our community and employees still being without power, water, and still trying to get their homes in order, we have not opened back up just yet. We are as ready to get back to some form of normalcy as our community. So, with that in mind, please be understanding as we support our employees. We will make a post as soon as we are ready to start seeing patients again!

On behalf of everyone here at Four Rivers, thank you for the kind words of support and condolences on the loss of Dr. Perry. He will be greatly missed by our Four Rivers family.

As we adjust to our new circumstances as a two doctor practice, please note that the following policy changes have been made.

Effective immediately, Dr. Faulk will be available for appointments at our Baxley clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. The Baxley clinic will remain open for technician services on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Services include but are not limited to preventative and medication dispensing, nail trims and baths.

Our Vidalia clinic will continue to operate during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Due to overwhelming demand, our appointment and surgery schedules have been filling rapidly and our capacity for walk-in patients is limited. For this reason, we have instituted a same-day service fee that will be applied to all non-emergency walk-in visits. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to ensure that your furry family member receives care in a timely manner.

Effective immediately, emergency/after-hours consultations will be limited to weeknights only until 9:00 PM. In the event of a veterinary emergency outside of these hours, please contact Middle Georgia Veterinary Emergency Center in Warner Robins (478-997-6677) or Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Savannah (912-355-6113).

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our dedicated team members with any questions or concerns. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this time of transition.
