Can't believe Solomon still hunting at his age of 19. Solomon flushed out the duck and Snooky went into the water to get it. I have to stop him.

Poor Solomon got an ear infection since Sunday. Snooky and Solomon got in a fight and apparently, the ear got infected after Snooky bit him. It took several days before the infection actually became obvious.

He did not want to eat or go for a walk on Monday. I checked him and found the ear infected with lots of liquid draining out. I provided Hepar Sulph 200C. Let him rest and then cook some oatmeal with eggs for him. Three hours later, he ate.

The next day he was able to go for a slow walk, ate more oatmeal with ground meat and rest some more. Yesterday evening, he's begging for food in the kitchen. I am so happy he is on the mend. 19 is a worrisome age for infection.

Solomon on hike, May 2 (Saturday). Of course, Snooky carried the pack because he is only 3. Solomon is an old 19 year old so he isn't carrying. It's so wonderful he can still hike 10.6 miles on Womble Trail. What a blessing.
