Thanks to Jill Mottor and company, this girl is no longer running loose on our property. There were sighting of a possible second dog but as of today the second dog has not been seen on our property. We did receive a call about a dog fitting the description (mostly white with brown patches, one eye patch, pit bull terrier type) on Helmer Road. There is still a live trap set on our property in case it returns. Please do not approach or chase the dog, and do not disturb the live trap which is being monitored. If anyone recognizes this dog and knows who it belongs to please contact the Humane Society of South Central Michigan.

ALERT! Please avoid the trails for tonight and tomorrow morning; you can use the fenced-in area. There are traps set for dogs that are currently running loose on the property. The traps are being monitored! Do not approach the traps if you see them and do NOT attempt to catch the dogs.

Work has begun in our dog park. While the work is ongoing, the fencing may not be secure, and there will be wet cement. We will post an update once work is completed.
