The Tuesday/Thursday daycare crew loves to play tug!

Lucy K, Dutton, Harper and Lucy CC were taking this game of tug VERY seriously.

It was a bit of a standoff, as they were pulling in four different directions.šŸ˜‚

When we train a dog we attempt to expose them to as many different people, places and events as we can. Our goal is to get a dog to be neutral when they encounter something new and different.

Jojo completed training with us when he was a much younger dog. He is now 5 years old and came back to us for some refresher training.

He has spent the last 3 weeks with us and has been exposed to many new and different things. Jojo has taken everything in stride and done incredibly well.

Jojo goes home tomorrow and we are so excited to support his owners in their training work at home with him!

We always tell our clients that we are just a phone call, or message, away and that we absolutely want to help them when problems arise at home. We are here to support them in any way we can.

6 humans and 6 dogs from went for a 4 mile walk in the woods this morning.

It was an absolutely gorgeous morning and the woods were beautiful.

We now have 6 tired, happy dogs!

At Dog Zone we attempt to expose the training dogs to as many real life situations as we can, so that we have confidence the training dogs will be able to follow the commands they are given at home.

A group of us from Dog Zone got together this morning to go for a long dog walk.

It was an absolutely beautiful summer morning and everyone had a great timeā€”both the dogs and the humans.

At Dog Zone we believe that ample exercise is vitally important to having a well-rounded, happy dog.

We love it when puppies grow up together at Dog Zone. We find that the friendships they form as puppies often last for years.
