Well… in what would’ve been pure sitcom gold, I managed to accidentally whack myself in the head with the end of the blow dryer this morning while getting the dogs ready to go 😅

We made it to PetSmart, but my head is absolutely pounding, so we’re going to pack up early today.

Thank you all for understanding and for always supporting us, even on the chaotic days 🫶

And on that note—if anyone has ever thought about helping out at events so I’m not running solo, this is me officially begging for volunteers 😂

Sorry there’s not a better post today, but I’ve been knee-deep in kennel cleaning all day (and most of the week)… and just when I thought I was finally headed home, Ranch had other plans 💩🚗

Nothing like a surprise diarrhea incident in the car to really capture the true spirit of rescue life 😂

Hooray for rescue… I guess? 😅

Do we have anyone available this Saturday April 4th to help me drive boarding dogs to PetSmart Beaumont,Tx it's roughly 20 minutes from the facility to PetSmart and we need to be there at 11 it'll be 2 large dogs, Topher and Cas!

Happy National Puppy Day! Our beautiful Willow went to Puppy Love for some well earned treats after her dental consult today! And even better? No dental surgery needed!

Willow is available for adoption. Her foster mom reports she is a perfect dog -she sure seems to be!

Moving forward, we will be limiting local adopters to two meet & greets. After that, adopters must be prepared to take their dog home.
We’re always happy to support our adopters—whether that’s guidance, basic training help, or connecting you with trusted local trainers for more in-depth work.
Our goal is to set both our dogs and adopters up for success, and that starts with making sure everyone is ready and committed from the beginning. 🩵

Topher's dental was a great success thank you so much to everyone who donated they removed one problematic tooth and confirmed healthy roots and gums via x-ray and it came out significantly below budget which is great because now we can use the leftover dental funds as a start for our beautiful Willow's dental 🙃 her consultation is next Friday for $50 and then we'll get an estimate for the actual dental cleaning/surgery. For the time being she's been placed on medical hold because it sounds like there's some pocketing in the gums under her canines which can hold bacteria and cause some problems so we want to get her thoroughly checked out before anything else ☺️
