Today I’m going to show you a disease in guppies: body rot. When red spots appear on the fish's body and they stop eating and swimming sluggishly, those spots will spread across their body within a few days and can even turn into a dark purple. That fish is 100% going to die. If you don't scoop it out of the tank before it dies, the disease will spread to your entire colony. I also don't recommend trying to treat it, as it’ll just relapse quickly anyway. So, the best way to handle it is to 'send it off on its final journey' 😂
