After realizing I don't even have enough money to buy a single riding horse, let alone a whole herd of cattle, I've decided to stick with breeding fish, folks 😑 A big thank you to Mr. D for stopping by my little fish farm today! Your support is officially going toward my future cattle herd (even though I have no idea when that'll actually happen...).

Unlike other fish, with guppies, even if you’ve been keeping them for years, it doesn't mean you've seen everything others have gone through. You’ll never predict their strange behaviors until they actually happen right before your eyes. In my view, experience only accounts for 40%—the other 60% comes down to pure luck.
If someone else pulls it off and you can't, it simply means you haven't been lucky enough yet 👐🏻

Watching the tank before bed and I just spotted two superstars! 😍 These are my Blue Topaz Blue Ear that I’ve been working on. This spawn is just two months old, so the tails aren't fully developed yet. Their pectorals have color, but these two individuals are truly outstanding. These two males are head and shoulders above their clutchmates in the tank. Just look at those fins! They are only 2 months old and have such incredible fin growth already. Just imagine how spectacular they're going to be when they hit their maximum size! 🤩🤩🤩 These rare ones will definitely be held back as future breeders for the next generation. Don’t even think about asking to 'get' these, because I’m definitely NOT sharing top-tier, standout breeders like these! 🤣

Back to business after a long trip 🫶🏻 Just a quick heads-up to everyone—every weekend this October, I have to head over to Houston and will stay there until around Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week before coming back.
