Hey all - happy Monday! Putting our attendance/cancellation policy out there as a reminder and for those that may be new here!

As many of you know, we run a structured program that does not allow for casual attendance. This allows us to get to know the dogs in our care incredibly well and provide an environment as safe as possible for them. With that being said we have a very limited capacity and growing waitlist, so no shows and last minute cancellations are a missed opportunity for another dog to join us. While we understand life happens, we really appreciate as much notice as possible when your pup will be out.

Attendance policy is as followed -

Dogs on our weekly schedule will be allowed one last minute missed day per month at no charge. Additional missed days will be charged. Exceptions will be made (for up to 2 days per month) if at least ONE WEEK advanced notice is given. Missed days may be made up on a different day if room is available.

***All no call no shows will be charged for the day.***

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding and please let me know if you have any questions! 🐾
