I do accept cards for your convenience! ❤️ However, I do prefer cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal when possible.

Card processing fees are INSANE 😅 and every little bit makes a difference for my small business! I completely understand that cards are more convenient, though, and I’m happy to offer them as an option. 🫶

🚨 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW REMINDER 🚨

I’m going to be a little blunt about this because this has become a frustrating issue.

Please remember that your appointment is a reserved spot specifically for you and your dog. When you cancel last minute or simply don’t show up, I lose the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client. That is time and income that I cannot get back.

I completely understand that things happen. Life happens, emergencies happen, and I will always try to be understanding when something comes up. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real financial impact on my small business, and I simply cannot continue absorbing those losses.

As a reminder:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice require a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows are charged the full price of the missed appointment.
• A future appointment will not be scheduled until the applicable fee has been paid.
• Once I let you know your dog is ready, please make every effort to pick them up within 30 minutes to an hour at the latest, unless we have discussed something beforehand. I understand that things come up, but I also have other dogs to care for and work that needs to be completed.

And I know some people may think, “But you cancel sometimes too.” Yes, I do. I have children, and there are times when they are sick, or I am sick, and I have no choice but to cancel or reschedule appointments.

The difference is that when I have to cancel, I am the one taking that loss. I lose that income, I have to rearrange my schedule, contact clients, reschedule dogs, and deal with the extra work that comes with it. I am not asking my clients to pay me for the appointment I had to cancel.

I do my absolute best to show up, stay on schedule, and provide the care your dogs deserve. I am running a small business, and this is my livelihood—not just a hobby.

I truly value every one of my clients, but I also need to protect my time, my income, and my business. Please respect my appointment times and my cancellation policy.

To everyone who communicates with me, shows up for their appointments, gives me notice when something comes up, and understands the importance of these policies — thank you. ❤️ It truly means more than you know.

How handsome does Mac look?! 😍 Huge thank you to The Boujee Bark and Grooming with Shealeigh for making my boy look and feel his best! 💙

One thing about being a groomer… your own dogs are always the last ones to get groomed because you’re constantly busy taking care of everyone else’s pups! ❤️
It’s the best feeling being able to bring your dog to someone you fully trust to love on them and spoil them the way you would yourself. I’m always happy to support fellow groomers, especially ones who truly care and do such an amazing job. I appreciate you both so much, and I know Mac had the best day 🥰
