To our loyal customers,
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that this location is closing. Please know these decisions are never easy and we are so thankful for you, your fur family and for the opportunity to serve you all these years.

There have been several factors that made this decision unavoidable, however we do have other locations in the area and would love to continue serving your fur family.
We will be winding down operations in September and we hope you will stop by as we will have sales and would like the chance to thank you in person. And if you’re near another store, we hope you will stay within our family.

If you have a grooming appointment, our groomers will be in touch.

We thank each one of you for your loyalty and business and hope you will continue to shop at our nearby locations.

Thank you,
Lisa and Giovanni Senafe

Meet Karen

Hi my name is Karen. I started working with dogs in a grooming setting in 2010. After leaving for awhile I came back with a passion for grooming in 2016. I love working with animals and I am looking forward to working in Batavia and meeting all the fur babies.
