In honor of Vet Tech Week…Nearly forgot to mention the other helpers around here 🤣🤣 Or at least they think they help lol

Bonnie & Clyde are honorary techs 😆

No work goes unsupervised here 🤓🐾💕

It’s National Veterinary Technician Appreciation week 🐾❤️

We may only have the one, but she goes above and beyond in so many ways. Franki Mears came to us as part-time help and within the first week she was promoted to full-time help. She never once looked back and we are so blessed to have her.

Not only did she commit wholeheartedly, but since that time she’s been enrolled in an online Vet tech program with Penn Foster, works full-time for me and also manages to find time to help Mitch Shelhamer with colts. We think she’s pretty amazing!!

Thanks for all that you do Franklin 🎉💕

Hunting season is here! Don’t forget your orange!

Heads up…we won’t have anyone at the office tomorrow! Kyndra is not with us on Tuesdays and Franki and I will be out pregging cows all morning and be in Thermopolis all afternoon! If you need any refills or otherwise, we are here until 5:00 today and all day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Also, we are putting in a Science Diet order this week. We are happy to order anything anyone may need 🐾

Horses may be my passion, but I never forget my roots 😂🐑 We work on small ruminants too!!

Yesterday we performed breeding soundness exams on 10 rams and today I helped dad sort and tag some lambs (I did not get paid for this 🤨🤣)

I already shared a reel of Janell Paumer- Roush and Sundance, but here she is on his half brother Butch… making moves and winning more money in the rope horse world 💪💪🎉🎉

Butch is out of Top Frost Diamond and Bonnie Boons which is pretty dang significant because you know who else is out of the same Cross??? QUIOTE BOON aka Studly 🤩🤩

Studly will be at the clinic tomorrow with his first round of dummy and Collection training. He is a FULL sibling to the horse in this reel, and I have no doubt his colts will be just as awesome. We cannot wait to offer him to the public next year 🎉🎉👏👏

Another awesome client and friend. Another awesome rope horse from Top Frost Diamond 🎉

Dynamite gets to visit us at the clinic occasionally to make sure he’s feeling his best to keep going…and winning 👏👏

Two amazing athletes (Lacee Good and Dynamite) making the Diamond Tail horses look good and winning a nice chunk of change last weekend at the Wrangler Championships 💪💪 Danae Good

Dynamite is a half brother to Quiote Boon, who will stand here at Rising K next year 🎉🎉

Janell Paumer- Roush rode not only one, but two head horses out of Top Frost Diamond last week and cashed in on both 👏👏👏

Here she is on Sundance, winning 2nd in the 12.5. Sundance came out of one of our older mares Stormy and Topper, both made some great babies for DTR ❤️🎉

We have Quiote Boon, an own son of Top Frost Diamond on the books for next week to begin dummy training at the clinic. While “Studly” has many colts on the ground already, 2027 will be out first year to offer him for collection and shipment 🙌

Top Frost Diamond had an excellent weekend at the Wrangler Championships 🤩🤩 He’s making quite the name for the Diamond Tail Ranch.

I’ll be sharing a few posts of just how awesome of rope horses his progeny are making 🎉.

Why is this important??? Because while Topper is no longer with us, his son we call Studly is!!! Studly is our bay stallion, Quiote Boon, that I’m always raving about and will be offered for contract here at Rising K Veterinary Services next year.

Studly is one of Tim and Marshall’s go to ranch horses and I have no doubt his colts will be just as handy in and out of the roping pen 👏👏

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐊𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐒 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆. 🔥

𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃 is now an enrolled Ropers Classic Senior Stallion!

Roping on one of his progeny here at the Wrangler Team Roping Championships? Get that horse nominated and rope for the Ropers Classic Sidepot money! 💰

We’ll give Top Frost Diamond his full introduction soon, but with the Finals underway, we wanted our ropers to know now.

Interesting 🧐🤩

If you’ve ever payed us a visit at Rising K Veterinary Services LLC…you could probably call us an “open concept vet clinic.” You never know what you’ll stumble upon 🤣 Had no idea this was actually a concept. They make is sound so hip and modern. Thought I was just out here winging it 😵‍💫🤪 Welcome to the circus 🤩🥳
