One of the sweetest parts of grooming is getting to watch our pups grow. 🐾❤️

Eduardo has been grooming Duke since he first came to us as a little puppy. The first picture was taken back in February, and the second is Duke now still a young puppy, but definitely not so little anymore!

It has been so special watching him grow into the big, handsome boy he is today while building that trust and relationship with him along the way.

Thank you for allowing Eduardo and all of us at Hounds Downtown to care for Duke. We truly treasure the opportunity to grow alongside our pups through every stage of their lives. Duke, you will always be one of our babies no matter how big you get! 🥹🐶

🌈 Today is National Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, a day to honor the pets who may no longer walk beside us but will forever live within our hearts. 🐾

The love of a pet never truly leaves us. It stays in the memories, the little habits we still remember, and the paw prints they left on our lives. We believe they are waiting for us just across the Rainbow Bridge, where one day we will be together again. 🤍

This is Maggie Mae, our owner Jessica’s very first fur baby, a miniature long haired black and tan dachshund. Maggie Mae is the reason Jessica fell so deeply in love with dachshunds, and her memory helped inspire so much of the love behind Hounds Downtown.

Maggie Mae crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2017, but her picture still hangs proudly in our shop today. She may be gone from our sight, but she will never be forgotten.🌈🐾
