The trapping has begun at the large colony of 30+ (cats) that we are helping to relocate. Yesterday, the caretakers trapped two of the approximately six cats that are still needing to be fixed. So they will be going to the clinic tomorrow and then heading off to their new location.

Georgie is such a stalker 🤣 anytime we are outside doing something he’s staring at us. We won’t even know he’s there and then all of sudden he pops out from somewhere just staring at us …and then Greybie is camouflaging in the background.

WELL looky what we have ...These 5 little ones were at the feral colony location that we are relocating. They are going to see the whitecoats today. We have some goopy eyes, and some congestion, and one little girl cowcat has a couple fused toes. That shouldn't affect anything, but we'll get her feets checked out 😊.

We are waiting to hear from Skye at Stray cat Blues to hopefully find a permanent rescue/Foster for them. But in the mean time THANK YOU Brianna for offering to foster them until then.

VOLUME UP :

We are still searching for a long-term foster or adopter for Blondie… who we’ve kind of started renaming “Chickpea Blondie” 😂. Honestly, we’re really loving the name Chickpea 😊

This sweet senior boy is making wonderful progress, but he will need someone experienced with feral cat socialization. The good news is that he is not showing aggression at all — in fact, as you can see in the video, he’s happily purring away.

Chickpea would do best with someone patient who can spend a little time with him each day, starting him off in a closed room while he acclimates. He also needs eye drops, which he tolerates very well without much fuss.
After living such a hard life as a feral cat, this senior sweetheart simply deserves a safe, loving home where he can finally relax and be pampered.

Now that he’s feeling healthier, we’ll be scheduling his neuter appointment soon so he’ll be fully ready for his forever home.

Wanted to give a blondie update .
Although he'll hiss at me ( Beth)
He immediately stops when I start petting him. This morning he actually pressed his head into my hands and softly purred. He loves making biscuits in his crate 🥹. We would love to find him a foster that could spend more time with him.

We are looking into a possible outdoor cat condo so he can still have some outside time.
We would appreciate any donations to help towards that project so we can give him the best life ever after spending many years being abused and fighting just to live.

Hi everybody I have big news! This is Beth. I just got engaged this past weekend! My fiance Eddie has been writing so many beautiful songs non-stop since we met. We started uploading them to YouTube yesterday this one is actually called "Loribeth", which is my middle and first name. In the songs he spends the entire first verse talking about how much I love animals and how much he admires me for that. I can't believe how creative and loving he is! He has written so many AMAZING songs for me and we're going to be posting them to YouTube in the next couple of weeks. You can follow our channel if you like them they are all so amazing!

After 18 years, the caretakers of a beloved colony of 30 cats are being forced to leave their rental home. The good news is that they have found a new rental property willing to allow the entire colony to move with them. The heartbreaking reality is that we still have not raised enough money to safely relocate the cats. We urgently need large sheds, secure enclosures, fencing, and other supplies to build a safe new home, with estimated costs between $12,000–$15,000. We cannot do this without your help. With more than 40,000 followers across our two pages, if everyone gave just $2, together we could save these cats and keep this colony safe and together.

Update on Blondie 🧡

Blondie is doing better health-wise! One of his eyes has cleared up a bit, and we think he may be able to see a little now. He also seems to have some hearing, although he is definitely partially deaf.

We recently expanded his living space by adding another full large crate to give him more room and comfort. While he’s making progress, what he truly needs now is socialization work in a safe, quiet environment where he can be out of a crate and slowly learn to trust people.

We are urgently looking for a foster experienced with socializing feral cats — someone who understands the patience, time, and consistency it takes. Blondie would need a closed-off room where he can safely settle in while you spend about an hour a day working with him at his pace.
