Texas stands tall for our ranchers. We don’t need foreign beef flooding our markets — we need to protect the families, producers, and traditions that built this state. Boycott foreign imports and remind your representatives that Texas backs its own.
Families need to hear this. President Trump just approved a massive wave of foreign beef imports — up to 300,000 metric tons — coming from Brazil and Argentina, two countries with long histories of inspection problems and lower safety standards than American ranchers follow every single day.
The claim is that this will “lower prices.” But agricultural experts say it will barely move prices at all — while hammering American ranchers who are already struggling with the lowest herd numbers in 75 years.
This is not America First. This is foreign beef first, and our ranchers get pushed to the back of the line.
If you care about:
• Texas cattle
• American farmers
• Keeping our food supply safe
• Putting U.S. families first
Then it’s time to take a stand.
🚫 Boycott foreign beef in every fast food chain and grocery store. 🇺🇸 Buy American beef. Support American ranchers. Protect American families.
And don’t stop there — call your local politicians TODAY. Remind them their jobs are on the line in a couple of months, and we expect them to stand with American producers, not foreign suppliers.

I hardly ever do this but this is a special case: I want to share a sincere recommendation for a local small business that has truly earned my respect: Perez BBQ in Bartlett and Jarrell, Texas. In a time when honor, integrity, and genuine customer care can feel hard to find, owner Josh Perez and his team reminded me what great service is supposed to look like. I have been buying from Perez BBQ for four years, and in my opinion, their BBQ is some of the best in Texas. I have tried BBQ from many towns and even other states, and Perez BBQ remains among the very best I have ever had.
Recently, I called Josh to ask about buying some of their sausage raw so I could smoke it at home for important guests. There was a misunderstanding over the phone, and I drove to the Jarrell location expecting to pick it up there. After making the half-hour drive, I learned that the raw sausage is kept at the Bartlett location. Of course, I was disappointed, but the Jarrell shop manager handled it professionally, asked for my name, and let Josh know what happened.
Before I even made it halfway home, Josh personally texted me to apologize for the miscommunication. He told me that if I stopped by his home, his son was wrapping up several pounds of their outstanding sausage for me—and he wanted to give it to me free of charge. That kind of gesture says everything about the man behind the business. I respectfully declined the free offer because I wanted to pay full price, but I will never forget the way he tried to make things right. Josh did not have to do that, but he did it because he values his customers and stands behind his word.
That is the kind of integrity that turns a customer into a customer for life. At 67 years old, I remember when more businesses put customer goodwill, respect, and doing the right thing ahead of everything else. Perez BBQ still does. If you are looking for delicious BBQ, outstanding sausage, and a small business that treats people like family, I highly recommend giving Perez BBQ your business. Great food matters—but great people behind the food make it even better.

Happy Holidays everyone! Well Christmas will be here very soon like in two weeks, best get that last minute shopping done quickly. Our winter litter is now 3 weeks old and all moving and walking around now with eyes fully open. All the females are spoken for 6 of them have new families but Their one and only brother has not been chosen yet and he is a looker forsure. first one to get a deposit to us will get to claim him yours. we will send updated pictures and they will all be ready to go to their new homes January 17th call or text us if you wish to claim him (512) 762-7558
