Dear clients, I wanted to inform you that I will be temporarily closed due to a family medical situation, as my son is currently hospitalized.

🐾 **A Quick Grooming Policy Reminder** 🐾

For the safety and comfort of every dog in our care, we ask that clients **please wait for our call or text when your dog is ready for pickup** rather than arriving at a specific pickup time.

Every dog is different. Some need extra patience, breaks, or slower handling to stay calm and comfortable during grooming. Because of this, grooming times can vary from dog to dog.

When groomers feel rushed or placed on a strict timer, it can create unnecessary stress — and dogs are very sensitive to that energy. If the groomer is stressed, your dog can feel that too. Our goal is always to keep the environment calm so we can work safely and give your pet the care they deserve.

When you receive a **call or text that your dog is ready**, it means they are completely finished and safe to go home. I will not be taking my hands off the dog to answer any calls or respond to multiple text.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us keep grooming a **safe, low-stress experience for your dog.** 🐶✂️

Taxes and Venmo suck.

**Payment Update**

I will be closing my Venmo business account. I didn't meet the thresholds and still had over $500 in fees - it's crazy, right? What's crazier is that, based on my Square and Venmo records, I paid over $3,000 in processing fees last year. However, Square is good to me at times, so I will still be using it.
If you still want to "just the tip" on Venmo, I'll give you my personal one.

After being closed due to the winter storm and family medical matters, we are catching up on appointments and moving through booking requests in the order they were received, so responses may take a little longer than normal.
