!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our holiday closure dates have changed!!

We will now be closed Thursday, December 21st through January 2nd and will reopen January 3rd.

If you have an appointment scheduled on December 21st, please be aware we are in the process of contacting everyone to reschedule those appointments.

If you need any food/medication/etc., please be sure to put in requests before Friday, December 15th to ensure we can fulfill those orders before our closure. All requests will need to be picked up by 2pm on Wednesday, December 20th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

Hi! It has been brought to our attention there are some misunderstandings regarding our policies and procedures. We wanted to take a moment to provide information to clear up any confusion. Check in for all services: from your vehicle, text 803-258-6575 or simply honk your horn once; a staff member will then come to you.
• For a regular appointment, check in and a staff member will come to you. Clients are welcome to come in with their pets or wait in their vehicle during the exam. THE CHOICE IS LEFT UP TO THE OWNER.
• For a drop off appointment, check in and a staff member will come to you to get your pet; our drop off patients are cared for as well as monitored throughout the day; they are picked up typically the same day between 4-5pm.
• For pickups, check in and a staff member will come to you to discuss your pet and bring him/her to you.
• For medication and food orders, pick up is at the side door (alongside the wooden fence). Simply check in and a staff member will bring your items to you.
Why have we chosen to do things this way? We started curbside service when COVID began and found there were some benefits. Checking in from the vehicle allows us to manage the flow of pets as our lobby can get crowded quickly causing stress on patients. It also minimizes the risk of an altercation between pets and/or the possibility of a contagious patient coming in contact with your pet. Our staff does its very best to accommodate each patient‘s individual needs. We want exactly what YOU want for your pet which is to keep him/her happy and healthy! By adhering to these procedures, we hope to provide the safest environment and best experience for your visit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly :)

Good morning!
We just wanted to make you aware of a few things :)

First, we do have a new text number that we are hopeful will be permanent! That number is:
803-258-6575
This number does not receive phone calls so be sure if you are trying to call that use the office number which is the 803-259-2650.

Second, we do have some upcoming holidays we would like you to have dates for in advance:
Thanksgiving we will be closed from 11/23 thru 11/25 and will reopen 11/28 with normal business hours.
Christmas we will be closed from 12/19 thru 12/30 and will reopen 1/2/2023 with normal business hours.
During these holidays we will NOT have an employee checking voicemails and medications will not be filled. Please ensure that if you need any food or medications that you let us know at least a week before both holidays to ensure we can accommodate in case we have to order any of these.

As always, we are so grateful to our wonderful clientele and hope you guys have a wonderful Wednesday! :)

I wanted to put a post out to let you guys know that our text service is down this morning :( If you have texted us anytime from about 9:30am to now and have not received a response, please call us and leave a voicemail with your questions, requests, ect. Hi! Just wanted to make you guys aware of our upcoming closure. The prescription voicemail will be checked periodically over the break and essential medications will be filled (you will be contacted with pickup instructions so be sure to speak clearly and leave your phone number). Non essential medications will be filled the Monday we return and will be ready for pickup that afternoon after 1pm. Wanted to post this again so everyone is aware of our closure dates for Thanksgiving.
Please make sure any food or medications needed before Thanksgiving are picked up BEFORE 3pm on Tuesday, November 23rd. We cannot guarantee pick up availability after that. Requests can be made on our prescription voicemail or you are always welcome to text requests to 803-212-9887.
