Be honest: does your dog have a favorite person in the house—and is it the person who feeds them? 😂❤️

Start teaching “leave it” with a low-value item covered by your hand. The instant your dog backs away, reward from your other hand. Practice briefly and build up slowly. 🦴

🐕 WHY DOES YOUR DOG BARK AT EVERYTHING?

The mail carrier? A squirrel? You sitting down to watch TV? 😂

Here's the thing: barking doesn't always mean the same thing.

A dog barking because they're worried needs a different approach from a dog barking because they've learned it gets your attention.

This week, try noticing what happens right BEFORE your dog starts barking. Is someone passing the window? Did you stop playing? That clue helps you figure out what to teach next.

For attention barking, try rewarding a brief quiet moment instead of responding to the noise. If your dog seems frightened, focus on helping them feel safe.

Understanding the reason is the first step. ❤️

What's your dog's number-one barking trigger?
