Bearcat Rabbitry

The 2026 MO State Fair was one we will remember. Although warm, the weather was the best we have had for a few years. We once again got into the fair spirit and decorated our cages with a patriotic theme. On Wednesday we were honored to have Bearcat's Loverboy selected for Best of Breed. He then got several looks on the Best in Show table. Thursday we enjoyed dinner and a concert with the other members of the M&D Crew. After the concert we were in awe of the drone show. At the Friday show Bearcat's Jack was chosen as Best of Group. We appreciate all those that chose our rabbits to join their family. As always it was great to see the enthusiasm of all the youth and to hang out with all our crazy rabbit friends.

At the beginning of April we made a trip to Sedalia for the Midwest Trailblazer's Club Show. We were very pleased that our junior REW buck, Bearcat's Jack was BOB in show B. He was over posing for the day though. We also were thrilled to have Dakota's fiancé attended his first rabbit show with us.

Five must be the lucky number of 2025. Bearcat's Rubber Duck had five little ones in the nestbox this morning. Another beautiful litter of otters from ARS Chia Town.
