Hey everyone, I'm Kathy Kindlesparker, owner and operator of KDogg's LLC. I recently left my position at Bourbon City Animal Hospital after two years with Dr. Alex Shelley. For the past 22 years I've been working as a veterinary technician in Bardstown

after moving to the area with my dog Lenny in 2003. I began my veterinary technician career with Dr. Perkins at Special Pets Healthcare and expanded my experience with the Humane Society of Nelson County and Raptor Rehab of Kentucky while building a family. I started working for Dr. Lisa Seibert at Bardstown Veterinary Clinic in 2009 and under her tutelage gained advanced knowledge in dental and cardiac care along with certification in veterinary herbal medicine. While at BVC I went on to earn an associate's degree in veterinary technology and received a medical license from the state of Kentucky. I'm hoping to offer your pet a comfortable place to stay away from home when needed and to offer you some peace of mind for your furry friend while you're away!

Thank you to everyone 🙏 who was able to stop by yesterday and celebrate 🎉 the kennels with me!! It was a beautiful day and KDogg's LLC got a lot of exposure! Here are the after pictures 👀‼️of the garage renovation for those who couldn't come out yesterday.

Does anyone know this guy? Young neutered male beagle, very friendly and looks cared for. He let me leash him and I set him up jn the kennel. Let me know if you know where he belongs!

The days are getting long and hot 🥵, so we're shifting our long walks 🐾 and playtimes to the mornings and evenings. Harley was hot on the trail of some deer🦌 and the morning fog 🌫️ was lifting off the k***s, it's a dog's life at KDogg's LLC!! ***s

Hot and humid afternoons call for ice cream🍦🐾😁 and these dogs agree!! These Pup Cups from Kentucky Creamery are a huge hit! (Drax has been known to eat things that aren't exactly food, so I had to hold his!)

Major announcement 👀, the kennel building is now in use!! A little paint and trim still needed, but dogs are being boarded in the building! We are hosting an Open House on Saturday May 30th from 12-4p if you'd like to come out and see what we've been up to. There will be light refreshments served and ice cream pie slices available from Kentucky Creamery.

We're gearing up for a busy Memorial Day 🇺🇸 weekend, but here are some other things happening 👀on the farm! Our persimmon trees are blooming 🌸 and the mulberries 🌳 are starting to color up! Downy wood mint and yarrow in full bloom, both native and medicinal. And it's harvest time for garlic scapes 🧄and turnips 🫜!!
