The past month has been so awesome! So many dogs and cats found their furever homes. Thank you to everyone who has adopted. You don't just save one life, you save the life of the dog or cat who needs the space your baby was in. 🩵

🩵Meet Sweet-n-Low🩵
Sweetie is the perfect sized dog for any family. She is great with cats, kids and dogs and LOVES car rides. She is (probably) a Mountain Cur and Chihuahua mix. Maybe pug too. She is 3years old 28lbs, housebroke and good on a leash. Her adoption fee of $160 covers her spay surgery, heartworm test, all vaccines and microchip. She is calm, but with just enough energy to make you get up and go on walks or throw the ball. She really is purrfect. Come see her M-F 11-3 or fill out an application to have a meet and greet.

The shelter will be closed tomorrow morning, Wednesday June 10, so that our staff may pay their respects and attend the funeral of Ed "Bear" and Chris Hovan. We will only have open hours tomorrow from 1pm-3pm. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please continue to pray for their family and friends during this time.

🩵❗️Odessa is in foster, waiting for her furever home. She might be leggy, but she is gentle and sweet. Her foster is leaving town in 6 days so she needs to find her people by then!! (but no pressure🤠) She is working on crate-training and house-training and basic commands. She is so good with kids, cats and other dogs. She would be an excellent addition to any family. She is about 50lbs and 10months old. She is FREE with approved application and her adoption includes her spay surgery, rabies, other vaccines, utd preventatives, microchip and heartworm testing.❗️🩵
From the foster mom: Dessie had learned to kennel on command and now will go there with open door to nap. We consider her housebroken, since she has not made a mistake in the 6 days we have had her. She is not barky, but will use that big hound voice to alert when people come to the fence gate or front door. Dessie gets along great with our three dogs. She is super affectionate and friendly to kids as young as 3 YO. We have also broken the jumping-on-you habit she had. She is a very good girl!!!!

Meet Chloe!
Chloe is a big dog with an even bigger heart. Chloe loves to think she’s a lap dog. There’s no such thing as personal space with her. She enjoys chasing after birds in the backyard and taking walks. Chloe has never met a stranger and loves every creature she meets.

Meet Astro!
Astro is a big headed goofball. He loves being a coach potato and sun-bathing. While he’s a sweet boy, Astro does best with a cat who’s as fearless as he is. Astro doesn’t mind going for adventures but is perfectly happy relaxing with you.
