These are quickly becoming my favorite!!!!

We are working out simple instructions easy enough for anybody to fruit chestnuts at home this week and will be getting them added to the website!!!
For those of you that have been messaging and asking that do not need instructions shoot us a message! We have plenty if bags ready to fruit to sell we are just wanting to make sure fruiting these on a kitchen counter similar to our other grow bags in open air is viable 😀

BTW Some of you may have noticed and pointed out that iv called pink oyster, lionsmane and pioppino my favorite mushroom in the past, well get used to it!!!!

Nicholas here with Micros by the sea!!!
I took a bite 😅 Jays XL white ghost scorpion pepper! This is the first superhot iv grown and harvested!! Iv got 100s more ripening as we speak!!! Grown indoors, next week will begin making Hot Honeys and learning lacto ferment for hot sauces!!! Currently sweating furiously!! 😭

What is this!!! A new mystery mushroom were adding to our rotation!! Anybody here recognize what mushroom it is?!?? 😅 Should be a easy one!! Well be adding this mushroom fresh to our monthly deliverys as well as will be offering it at the local farmers markets, we also will be offering GROW BAGS of this variety here shortly!!! These (Like shiitake) Take ALOT longer than oysters or lions mane but man are they flavorful!!!
