This daikon radish micro-green didnt stay very micro!!!! This was a seedling harvested from our compost pile and transplanted into a raised garden bed filled with mushroom compost just 2-3 weeks ago!!! Grown in a raised bed filled with mushroom/microgreen compost!!!
