Nicholas one of our owners has just bottled his first fermented hot sauce made with super hot peppers he grew and other local berries/produce!! Go give his page Coastal Capsaicin a follow if you haven't already!!
This was a mix of 60% peppers ( a mix of like half a dozen varieties) 30% blueberrys/blackberrys picked local and 10% onion/garlic from the Coos Bay Farmers Market
It was fermented for 3+ weeks then blended with a small amount of fresh berries and some agave syrup before bottled at a shelf stable ph (from fermenting no preservatives!) sauces will continue to get bettwr and many new recipes to come!!
