Meet Lillie. 🐾 At 16 years young, this sweet Shih Tzu girl reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

When we opened our doors, we made a promise to the pets who need a little extra love—the seniors, the anxious, the “cranky,” and the ones other groomers might turn away. We believe every pet deserves to feel safe and beautiful, no matter their age or quirks.

Today, Timya spent some extra 1-on-1 time with Lillie to make sure she felt comfortable and secure throughout her groom. Seeing the bond they’ve built and watching Lillie trot out feeling like a million bucks is the best part of our day. 💖

To our community: thank you for trusting us with your “extra love” pets. We’re here for the first-timers, the sore joints, and the mouthy pups alike. Everyone is welcome in our tub! 🛁✨
