Love this horse so much & finally rode her like she deserves!

Savvy has chronic lymes. I play so many head games 2nd guessing every decision I make with her. She has so much grit & try! This was my 1st competition on her in this pen. I had exhibitioned her here over a year ago. Trinity Beauvais has been doing a fantastic job with her. I took her back cause I want to fix me. I’ve wanted to throat punch myself so many times when I felt like I let Savvy down.

Not every step forward will feel impressive.

Some days, progress looks small, messy, and painfully slow.

That does not mean it is not working.

Too many people quit because they expected quick results from a long journey.

Growth rarely happens in giant leaps.

It happens in quiet decisions repeated over and over again.

Keep going.

Keep learning.

Keep showing up.

Feeling extra thankful for so many things. We can look back and think about how much we could change if we knew what we knew now. But the mistakes & loses is where we learn. Miley won $100k+ the hard way. No incentives. By the time we ran her, it was fall of her derby year. It was literally $500 at a time. Her biggest check was at the RFDTV American where she proved she was more than capable. She’s truly a unicorn and I’m so grateful that Trinity Beauvais invested in making more. They are no guarantees & 3 of dream babies didn’t make it. Today, we have Athea (2yr old Forbez filly), MJ (yearling SBD), Arson (2026 Seis Shots of Beauty) & Nike (2026 ASNY).

Friends, if your dreams don’t have doubts, they aren’t big enough.

Josephine qualified for NATIONALS & Scout is helping her prepare! He’s such a talented, quick footed little guy! Josephine rides him so well! Very proud of this small but mighty pair!

Josephine is no stranger to freaky fast, athletic small horses. She has done an excellent job with Lena, the mare she bought from us. Over the weekend, they proved how tough & CONSISTENT they can be by placing 4th in each go of state finals & qualifying for Nationals!
