It's time for another !

"I adopted Fiona back in April who is now Maple because her beautiful brown syrup like color that comes out in the light:) She loves to play and be silly, people watch at the window, and is the biggest cuddle bug. She is super intuitive when it comes to emotional support and quickly warmed up to everyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better 1st pet adoption experience. Thank you Saratoga County Animal Shelter!"

What a great update!

Sometimes, the greatest gift you can give an animal is a place to call home - even if it’s just for a little while. Fostering gives animals a break from shelter life, a chance to relax in a home environment, and the opportunity to show their true personalities while they wait for their forever families. From tiny kittens who need round-the-clock care to small animals who need a little extra TLC, foster homes make a world of difference! 🐱🐰🐹

And the best part? You don't have to adopt to make a life-changing difference! Our foster families help open up space at the shelter, provide valuable insight into an animal's personality, and give them the love and comfort they deserve.

Interested in becoming a foster for Saratoga County Animal Shelter? We'd love to hear from you! Give us a call at (518) 885-4113 ext 101.

Every foster home makes a difference. Every little bit of love counts. And every animal deserves a chance. 💕
