Our Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in our Ragdoll kittens. We are a small, in-home cattery focused on health, temperament, and lifelong matches. Our goal is to place each kitten with a family where they will be cherished as a companion for life.
Step 1: Inquiry
Please complete our short adoption application. This helps us learn about your home, lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a Ragdoll companion. We personally review every application.
Step 2: Meet & Greet
If we feel we may have a good match, we'll schedule a phone or video call. This is a chance for you to ask questions, meet us, and see the kittens and parents live. We do not place kittens without speaking to you first.
Step 3: Reservation
Once a match is confirmed, we will email your adoption agreement and invoice. A non-refundable reservation fee of 25% of the total adoption fee is due to reserve your kitten. This fee secures the kitten for your family and contributes to veterinary care, socialization, and supplies.
Signing the agreement and submitting the reservation fee officially reserves your kitten. We provide a formal receipt for all payments.
Step 4: Updates & Growth
During your wait, you'll receive weekly photo and video updates so you can watch your kitten grow. We encourage questions and enjoy keeping families involved.
Step 5: Go Home Day
Kittens go to their forever homes at 12–14 weeks of age, after they have completed age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, and a vet health check.
On pickup day, the remaining balance of the adoption fee is due. You'll receive your kitten's vet records, TICA registration paperwork, microchip information, a health guarantee, and a kitten care package. We prefer in-person pickup or private flight nanny. We do not ship kittens by cargo.
Important Policies:
Health Guarantee: All kittens come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee and a 72-hour vet check guarantee. Full details are in the adoption agreement.
Spay/Neuter: All pet kittens are placed on a spay/neuter contract and must be altered by 6 months of age.
Indoor Only: Ragdolls are companion cats and must live indoors for their safety.
Lifetime Support: We are here for you and your Ragdoll for life. If you can ever no longer keep your cat, it must be returned to us.
Note: Reservation fees are accepted prior to a live video meeting only at the adopter's request. We strongly encourage all families to complete a video call before submitting any fees. Reservation fees are non-refundable per the signed adoption agreement.
