From feral to fabulous! ✨🐾💖

Our sweet buddy Shadow came in for his monthly spa visit yesterday, and I just know I brag on him and his wonderful mom all the time, but I simply cannot get over the incredible progress he has made since being adopted as a feral pup! 🥺🏡

His newfound confidence definitely shows during his grooming sessions too! When we first started out, we weren't even sure if we'd be able to get through a basic tidy-up, and using any tools around his head was an absolute no-go! 🚫✂️

But yesterday? Yesterday was a massive milestone win! 🥳 Not only did we complete his full groom with very little issues, but I was actually able to use my clippers all over his whole face and head! He used to only allow quieter scissors near his face, so this was huge!

I absolutely love watching his progress every single month, and honestly, I just can't wait until he is quite as excited to see me as I am to see him! 🤣🤣🐾❤️

Beano was next up for a wonderful, refreshing bath! 🥰🛁🐾✨

This super adorable boy is currently available for adoption over at The PUPStop by Saving with Soul Pet Rescue! 🏡🐶 He got a fantastic, refreshing bath, followed by a quick half-dry session because he officially decided the blow dryer was not for him and he strongly preferred to stay damp 🚫💨🐶 So we gave him some extra cozy towel drying instead and called it a day! 🧖‍♂️✨

First up yesterday was this absolute angel of an old lady! 🥰🐾✨

At her wise age, she doesn’t really care for all the hustle and bustle of grooming, so we always keep things nice and easy by going super short. It makes maintenance a breeze at home and stretches out the time between appointments—which suits both of us just fine! ✂️👵💖

Once her spa session was all wrapped up, this sweet girl was completely exhausted from being such a trooper. So while we waited for mom to come back, we snuggled up tight and she drifted off to take the coziest little nap right in my arms 🥹💤🐾 Look at that sweet little tongue poking out! 😍

Last up for baths were the 4 remaining Shih Tzu cuties from the PupStop! 🥰🐾✨ How any of these precious souls are still looking for their forever homes is honestly beyond me, because they are just the absolute cutest babies on the planet! 😍🐶

They came in for a fresh, refreshing spa bath to make them shine and smell their absolute best for anyone who might stop by to see them! 🛁🧼 Since we had to shave them down so short last time, today’s visit was nice and easy—just a quick eye trim and a wonderful, relaxing bath to keep them looking pristine! ✨✂️

Next up were long-time PupStop residents, Sand and Samuel! 🥰🐾✨

These sweet boys take a little while to warm up, but once they do, they are absolute gold! 🥺💖 When I first started with Saving with Soul, trimming their nails required a muzzle and a trusted friend holding them. But yesterday? With their bestie helping out for leashing, they came willingly and actually enjoyed their pamper time! 🛁💕

They aren't huge fans of the bath, but they knew deep down how good it felt to get clean. We spent extra time on cozy towel drying, and Samuel even snuck me a free kiss—which his bestie joked usually requires a treat fee 🤣🤣💋

Yesterday morning started with these 6 super adorable Great Pyrenees babies! 🥰🐾✨

These precious little pups are brand new over at The PUPStop by Saving with Soul Pet Rescue and are currently on strict quarantine until they get all of their shots completed! 🩺🐶 However, they REALLY needed a cleanup bath, so I double-sanitized the tub and got right to work! 🛁🧼 Every single one of them got a really good, thorough scrub—including all those poopy little puppy toes 🐾🤣🤣

Since they are going to likely need a whole lifetime of proper grooming ahead of them, I decided to introduce them to the big scary dryer! 💨 While that part was absolute chaos and pretty wild 🤪, we managed to get everyone a little bit drier and more comfortable. Afterwards, we all snuggled right back up for some gentle toenail trims and heavy-duty puppy cuddles! 🥰💕

These sweet babies will be available for adoption in just a few weeks! 🏡✨ So make sure to keep a close eye on the PupStop page for their official debut when they are finally ready for applications! 📲🐾

My very last appointment was for this super cute boy, Chunk! 🥰🐾✨

I was having so much fun that I completely forgot to snap a picture of him while he was in the salon 🤦🏼‍♀️💖 But luckily, his mom works over at The PupStop, so while he was hanging out helping load up the van for transport, she managed to catch this super adorable photo of him! 🚐🐶

Chunk is a partially retired service dog, and he is just such an exceptionally good boy all around! 😇 He came in for a wonderful, refreshing bath and a much-needed blowout to get all that extra coat out. We also gave him a nice, tight trim up so he can look handsome, stay cool, and feel his absolute best! ✨✂️

Up next was the one and only Asher! 🥰🐾✨

This smart boy has been coming to see me for a while now, and he totally knows the routine by heart! 🏫🐕 As soon as we came inside the building and the door was shut, I let his leash go, and before I could even make it into the groom room, he had already trotted right in and hopped straight up onto the table all by himself 🤣🤣

Asher was more than ready for his fresh shave-down! As you can clearly tell from his relaxed after-photo, he deeply enjoys his spa day and is totally chill, super happy, and feeling like a million bucks now that heavy hot coat is gone 🌬️💖👕

And don’t let the sleek, short cut fool you—his coat was completely tangle-free! But this boy plays hard, and he definitely prefers the peak aerodynamics that his stylish new look gives him for all his high-speed zoomies lol 🏎️💨🤣🤣

He is rocking his spooky-cute bat bandana and looking ready to take on the world! 🦇🧡

Yesterday started off with the perfect Ms. Avalon! 🥰🐾✨

This beautiful girl is blind, but you better believe that doesn't slow her down for a single second! She goes 90-to-nothing and is just the happiest soul you'll ever meet. She loves to run happy little circles around you while flashing that gorgeous, permanent smile of hers! 😍🐶

She came in yesterday for a refreshing bath and her very first-time complete shave down! Her human siblings officially put their tiny feet down and ruled that they were totally over all the outdoor dirt and leaves that her long, flowing coat kept dragging inside 🌿🏡🤣 So we took her pretty short all over to make life a whole lot easier for everyone! ✂️✨

Now, Avalon is headed right back home to see just how fast and how dirty she can possibly get before mom notices again 🛁🏃‍♀️🤣🤣

Last up for a fabulous bath was the gorgeous Blueberry! 🥰🐾✨

This super sweet girl is a current resident over at the PupStop and is actively looking for her forever playmate! 🏡🐶 I’ve only briefly met Blueberry before her spa day, so I don't know too much about her yet—other than the fact that she takes her toys and playtime with an elite level of extreme seriousness! 🎾😤😂

Seriously y'all, this girl will play fetch with you until your entire arm literally falls off and detaches from your body! 🥎🦾💪 I hear she will even aggressively "throw" the ball right back at you if you dare slow down for a second 🤣🤣
