People often ask me…
“What is Gestalt?”
And honestly, the best answer is often something you feel more than something you explain. 🤍
Gestalt work invites awareness.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Not becoming someone else.
It creates space to notice what is unfinished, unspoken, or disconnected within ourselves… while safely exploring what healing, truth, and wholeness could look like.
When horses are added to the experience, something even deeper happens.
Horses respond honestly.
They mirror energy.
They invite presence.
And they often help us discover things words alone cannot reach.

The magic is in what becomes possible when you finally feel safe enough to reconnect with yourself alongside the reassurance of a horse. 🌿

The barn is about to be filled with young hearts, learning, laughter, growth, and horses… and I could not be more excited. 🤍
My youth offering begins MONDAY!
Watching young people build confidence, emotional awareness, courage, and connection alongside horses is one of the greatest gifts.
This upcoming group is full, and I am already excited about what youth opportunities I may open next. 🌿

The horses have a beautiful way of helping kids feel safe enough to simply be themselves.

Beginning June 12th, our monthly women’s gathering opens at the farm. 🌿
This space is for women longing for:
• authentic connection
• reflection and growth
• grounding and support
• a deeper relationship with themselves
• time away from the noise of everyday life
Surrounded by horses, nature, and meaningful conversation, we gather not to “fix” ourselves… but to remember who we are.

Beginning June 12th, I will be opening space for a monthly women’s circle at the farm from 8:30–11:00 AM.
A space for women to gather.
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To create.
To breathe again.
Not from pressure or perfection…
From authenticity, creativity, connection, and simply being human together.
Surrounded by horses, meaningful conversation, reflection, and tangible monthly gifts centered around self-creation and connection, this experience was created for women longing for a softer place to land and reconnect with themselves.
Right now the name that keeps speaking to me is:

Though part of me feels like the women who choose to invest in this space may help shape and name parts of the journey together.
This experience will include:
• 5 monthly gatherings
• A meaningful take-home gift each month
• Horse connection and grounding experiences
• One private 1:1 Wildheart session
• A supportive circle for women longing for authentic connection
