Lately at Paws and Claws we've been having trouble calling some of our customers and we believe it's the spam blockers people have on their phones that aren't letting our calls go through. So please, if you're waiting for us to call and tell you your dog is ready, and you haven't received a call, it may not be us. Sometimes we use our personal cell phones to try to call when we can't get our call to go through. Please understand that we are not holding your dog unnecessarily and we are really trying to call. It's hard to understand all this new technology we have nowadays. Thank you!
