🐾 **Our community can change the future for community cats—but we can't do it alone. Will you help us save lives?** 🐾
Across our community, cats are living outdoors and raising litter after litter. Many kittens never survive. Others suffer from illness, injury, hunger, and exposure. Those that do survive often continue the cycle, creating more suffering for the cats and more challenges for our neighborhoods.
The good news is that we already know what works: **Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR).** It's humane, effective, and proven to reduce the community cat population while improving the health and welfare of the cats.
We have an opportunity to make a real difference. The time is now.
My veterinary clinic is available on weekends to provide spay and neuter surgeries for community cats, and I'm volunteering my time to help make this happen. But I can't do it alone—we need a community of people who care enough to step up and make this possible.
**We're looking for:**
🐱 **Veterinarians** who can donate a few hours on a weekend to help increase the number of cats we can treat.
🐱 **Veterinary technicians and assistants** to help prepare cats for surgery, monitor anesthesia, and assist during recovery.
🐱 **Volunteers** to trap, transport, and care for cats before and after surgery.
🐱 **Individuals and businesses** willing to sponsor surgeries or donate toward medications, supplies, and equipment.
🐱 **Anyone with a passion for helping animals** and making a lasting impact in our community.
This isn't just about preventing unwanted litters. It's about reducing suffering, improving the lives of community cats, easing the burden on shelters and rescue organizations, and creating a healthier, more compassionate community for everyone.
Imagine what we could accomplish if every weekend meant dozens more cats were vaccinated, sterilized, and returned to live healthier lives. One weekend at a time, we can prevent thousands of kittens from being born into lives of hardship.
**We're looking for founding members to help build this initiative from the ground up.** Whether you're a veterinary professional, an experienced trapper, an animal advocate, a business owner, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, your ideas, talents, and support can help shape this program from the very beginning.
