We don’t put birds on hold until a contract is signed and a deposit is placed on the bird. Deposits are non-refundable.

When a bird is placed on hold, it gets a bit more attention as we teach it its new name and more advanced training per the new owner’s wishes.

We’ve been trying to contact Pickles new owner for over a month now with no reply. I really hope she’s OK.
