Honoring the Heroes of 9/11 🇺🇸🐾

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the unmatched bravery shown on September 11, 2001. For some, in the darkest hours, hope arrived on four legs. We look back with profound gratitude for the search and rescue dogs—the nearly 300 K9 heroes who worked tirelessly through smoke, dust, and rubble at Ground Zero and the Pentagon. They brought comfort to the grieving and gave everything to help a nation heal. We will always remember the sacrifices of all the first responders, both human and canine.
