If you’ve been using an app-based pet care service and something hasn’t felt quite right, maybe last-minute cancellations, the different person every time, the coming home and just not knowing what just happened - you’re not being too particular. You’re being a good pet owner.

I started The Mindful Pet and have been caring for pets in Leander, Cedar park, and NW Austin since 2016, because I believed your furry friends deserve consistency, animal knowledge, and someone who actually cares and notices things. After years in veterinary clinics, I knew what thoughtful animal care looked like. And after becoming a mom, I understood even more deeply what it means to only trust certain people with the ones you love most.

Every visit includes GPS walk maps, photos, and a full Report Card through our client app. Our team is personally vetted by me, consistent, and your pet knows (and loves!) us when we walk in.
