Reishi mushrooms just beat melatonin in a study. My favorite way to prepare is to simmer one whole package in 1/2 gallon of water, covered, for one hour. Then I keep the jar in the fridge and drink two ounces about an hour before bed. This makes a one month supply which is a great value. AND this is only one of the many benefits of this mushroom.

So Yall our gourmet mushroom grow kits are quite large. They are for the serious mushroom lover. If you want to spread the mushrooms out a bit here is a fun way to do it.

Simply keep the block in the fridge and remove enough to stuff in something smaller like these mugs or a small flower pot (without a hole at the bottom). Cover for the first few days with plastic wrap or a transparent lid. Then just spray like you would the larger grow kits.

It works great and its alot of fun.
