Check out our newest project in NW Austin. The cramped, outdated home was transformed into a contemporary haven for the family. Note the eclectic nooks, shelves and crannies up the staircase and down the hall. Perfect place to display those unusual collections.

The Austin Impressions team is tickled pink to show off the three distinguished remodeling awards presented to them at the annual CotY awards banquet. Expertise, creativity and hard work go into the mix to produce award winning remodeling projects. Judges from the New York chapter of NARI reviewed all the entries and choose the best of the best to receive recognition. 2014 CotY Awards Banquet
Contractor of the Year Grand Award

The Austin Impressions Team attended the 2014 CotY Awards Banquet and we enjoyed ourselves immensely with food, fun and feats of accomplishment. The biggest feat was winning THREE of the awards, up one from last year.

The Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards are doled out by the Austin chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and judging is based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.

Our awesome team took home awards in the following categories:

Contractor of the Year – Grand Award (WHAT AN HONOR!)
We dominated the competition with the top score average of all the judges.

We did it again! Two Homes picked for the 2014 Nari Homes Tour

Here at Austin Impressions we are fired up about the 2014 Nari Tour of Remodeled Homes. Once again (this happened last year also), two of our dazzling remodeled homes have been singled out and will be on stage for viewing during the tour. What an honor this is for us and what an opportunity for you to get an up close perspective of our design creativity and diligent work.

The main attraction of this beautiful home is the 180 degree views of Austin’s best topography. By opening up the whole back side of the home with expansive glass windows, the views now are the main attraction from almost every room. The master bath even provides awesome views while showering.

Fabulous finishes and creative touches help to give this home the WOW factor. High quality materials from grain matched zebra wood cabinets to bamboo floors and contemporary lighting add to the uniqueness of the home. Unconventional touches such as a glass bar countertop in the kitchen and the free floating steel staircase augment the contemporary feel.

Austin Impressions joined Nari's volunteer day for Habitat for Humanity. We started from just a slab and put up all the framing for walls, trusses for the roof and installed windows all in under 8 hours. It was so hearwarming to work alongside the new homeowners and see the pride in their eye as their new home came together.

Stellar Green Home, energy efficient remodel with addition that brings this tiny outdated home into the 21st century. The remodel only added 300 sq’ but the reconfiguration of walls and floorplan added much improved function and flow.
