Depending on how far your drive is- how many pets you have, etc., factors into costs. I do, however, do free meet in greets where I take down all your pet's play habits, ideas to make him or her comfortable, and health conditions, vet info., etc.
I believe that every pet, and group of pets have a routine which keeps them happy. This is why we hear so much about separation anxiety and destructive or depressive behaviors when we (the owners) have trips.
But we have to live our lives. And the good news is with a genuine, loving and caring animal person such as myself, I will individualize each pet's plan and continue that routine to give them something to look forward to!
Driving can be a nightmare, but if you're comfortable, I'll watch tv for a bit for and older dog or do homework at the dog park to give extra time. I have two cats and i HATE leaving them.
