This little guy is looking for a home! One of our Technicians rescued from a unfortunate situation.

Clark is a 7 month old, neutered, 9 lb Shih Tzu.

A little about him: he’s very VERY sweet. Loves laying on your chest and giving kisses. He’s quickly picked up leash training. He knows to go outside to use the bathroom and use p*e pads indoors. However, he’s been better with waiting to be brought outside.

No microchip. No major medical issues on exam. His lab work came back as normal including negative heartworm and f***l tests. He’s been dewormed and had his first dose of heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. He’s been vaccinated for rabies, distemper and leptospirosis, and bordetella.

We shaved him down entirely as he was COVERED in mats (to the skin) and had fleas. His coat had many sticks, burrs, and leaves stuck underneath the mats.

He’s a very sweet boy and deserves a loving home. He’ll quickly attach to you because he truly just wants love and attention. He LOVES chin and butt scratches.
