Our policy is NOT to crate or kennel (unless absolutely necessary) and we discuss all potential muzzling needs with you when we get to know you and your pet on the first appointment. Plea
se allow for an extra 20-30 minutes on your first visit so we can learn about each other and allow your dog/cat to become more familiar with our facility. We do not have a "Door to OZ" ~ our grooming room is open and available for you to visit any time, providing it is not going to make your pet or other clients' pets nervous. We strongly believe that grooming should never be traumatic or terrifying ~ for you or your pet (well, or the groomer) ~ and welcome all information you want to share with us. With that in mind, some appointments may be stretched out over a couple of days depending on your pet's anxiety or previous grooming experience. We understand that each grooming facility has its own policies and regulations and provides a necessary service to the community. We hope to make our facility a happy and pleasant place for your pet to come to. We treat all pets like family members (or toddlers) and are truly grateful for your support and understanding.
