🎃 MCHS HOWL-O-WEEN COSTUME CONTEST! 🎃

🤘 MEET NIRVANA NETTA! 🤘

They said it was just a phase. Nirvana Netta said, “Not a chance. Punk rock FOREVER!” 🎸

She may be dressed in rainbow colors, but this girl’s got the rebellious spirit of a rock legend and enough personality to keep the whole house entertained. And word on the street? She smells like dog spirit. 😉🐾 (The good kind, obviously!)

Netta is ready to trade the shelter life for a forever home where she can rock out, be unapologetically herself, and remind everyone that the best things in life are a little weird, a little wild, and full of love.

🤘 Help Netta rock the competition!

❤️ Like = 1 point
🔄 Share = 2 points

The contest runs all October! The winning DOG gets a special Halloween toy, and all our available pups get treats! 🎃

And if you’re ready to make this punk rock princess part of your family, check out our adoptable dogs and submit an application!

PUNK ROCK ISN’T A PHASE. IT’S A LIFESTYLE. 🤘🐶

❤️🎮 A HUGE THANK YOU TO MAIN STREET PINBALL! 🎮❤️

We are beyond words! What an incredible event, and what an amazing reminder of just how much our community cares about animals in need. 🐾

Mower County Humane Society would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Main Street Pinball for hosting such a wonderful event in support of our local animals! From people coming out to play games and participate in the incredibly generous silent auction to taking the time to learn about our dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes, the support we witnessed was truly something special.

A very special thank you to all the local Austin businesses who generously donated auction items. Your kindness and willingness to come together for the animals means more than we can express. And to everyone who attended, played, bid, donated, and helped spread the word — YOU are what makes a community like ours so special. ❤️

A special shout-out to Holly and Chelsea for volunteering their time to represent MCHS at the event and share our mission with the community. We are so grateful for you both!

🎉 THE GRAND TOTAL: $3,208! 🎉

Every dollar will help us continue caring for the animals who depend on us. This incredible amount represents so much more than money — it represents a community coming together to make a difference for animals who need us.

🎟️ Congratulations to our raffle winner, Roni Fuentes!

To Main Street Pinball, our generous local businesses, everyone who attended, and all the wonderful people who continue to show up for our animals: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We are truly humbled by this community’s generosity, and our hearts are so full.

It takes a village to care for the animals who have no one else, and we are so fortunate to have this one. 🐾❤️

With heartfelt gratitude, thank you for being part of the Mower County Humane Society family!
