📣We have some BIG news!📣

Enlightened Hounds has had some big changes over the last couple of months! We have added 2 trainers to our team this year. Alec and Maida have both been wonderful additions to our team, and we feel so lucky to have them!

In other, slightly more sad news, Taylor and Lydia will be leaving us in 2 weeks to move to the PNW! We are very sad to see them go, but we are so excited for their next adventure; bringing Enlightened Hounds Dog Training to the PNW!

You will still hear from them as they will still be working behind the scenes for the Texas team as everyone gets settle into a new groove. So don't be surprised if you still get an email or text from them over the coming months!

If you have worked with Lydia and Taylor and would like to help them get things rolling in the PNW please feel free to send us testimonials and reviews! They can be very helpful in showing potential new clients in a new market what incredible trainers they are.

If you haven't had a chance to say goodbye to them and would like to , they will be at the Leona Botanical Cafe and Bar on Sunday, 7/5, from 5pm-8pm and would love to see you!

Nellie loves any opportunity to explore and climb rocks, especially at Zilker Park!

During our hour-long Day Training sessions, our trainers work one-on-one with the pups in our program in your home, in nearby neighborhoods or out in public to help meet your training goals.

In this session, we worked on:
-Allowing Nellie the freedom of choice to explore
-The opportunity to safely opt in or out of engaging with other dogs in the park
-Handler engagement and recalls in a distracting environment
