Welcome to Bo, short for Bozeman! He is a mix of English and American Labrador. Bo’s mom reached out because he's been getting too excited and showing big-emotion behaviors like growling, demanding barking, and jumping. We are working on improving his emotional state around people in the house and, later, in the store. His mom is very proud of him and dedicated to completing two dog training classes under their belt; which makes training with Fetch Worthy a good fit.

Bo was trained with a shock collar for a time while dove hunting.

During our session, I couldn't help but chuckle at how adorable he is when he parades around the house with his duck toy and "talks" about it.

In our second session, a chewy has really helped him focus. He is currently working on the command "Stay" and learning to use his nose to search, which helps him decompress during guest visits. We are also staying strong in ignoring his demand barking, and it is working!

Watch this in slow motion.

It took me several attempts to perfect this short lob toss. The incredible Kai reaches far to catch it with his mouth. We had such an impressive session back in 2020. I love that guy! It's been about three years since his last jump off the dock diving ramp. His last swim session was with Douglass and Bridgett, just a shallow swim and walk into the beach pool.

I have one copy left for my A+ Pups book! I can mail it in the USA via USPS. I'd love it if my book could make it into schools and classrooms, or a home where Mom values children's learning about dogs and how smart they are. I have one copy of my A+ Pups book left! Kenny first connected with me through Victoria Stilwell’s dog trainer academy, and working with him has been a real pleasure.

Kenneth, a school counselor, found Tiger wandering in a parking lot in San Antonio. Tiger is one of the most excitable, overstimulated, high-energy dogs I’ve recently worked with. He now lives in an apartment with two senior mini dachshunds, and his life has changed dramatically since being adopted.

We’ve been training together for six months, and I’m truly impressed with Tiger’s progress and his adoptive dad’s dedication. Here’s a clip of him working through his first indoor store visit, showing off excellent loose leash walking skills. Although he tried to jump and mouth at every mannequin, we took that as as good info and future training there!

This progress highlights how far he’s come and the power of consistent training.
