Woody! We've been doing lots of basic obedience together and he's learned so much. He's a high energy golden retriever who is entering his adolescent phase. The world is an exciting and distracting place! But he's putting in the work, and so is his pet parent. I can see his growth and I'm so proud of him 💖🐾

Happy New Year, everyone! I'm excited to announce that I'm officially a Fear Free Certified Petsitter. It has always been my goal to work with dogs in the most compassionate and cooperative ways. Fear Free provides great opportunities for continued growth and education when it comes to alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress in pets. I'm proud to have earned this certification and to be able to offer that extra guarantee to pet parents that your animals are safe with me!

Harry and his human, Bex, did an 8 session training package with me. Today was our last one! Harry has grown so much and is an exceptional sitter with great focus. He's working on his down and learning to wait. He jumps a lot less, doesn't pull on the leash as much, and also isn't reacting as much to other dogs. He's practicing being calmer when let out if his crate. Harry made such great progress in just 8 - 1/2hr sessions. I'm so proud of him! I know he's going to keep working hard. I'll be starting sessions with his brother, Tut, in a couple weeks and can't wait to work with him too! Happy Friday and give your pet a treat for me 🍪

Meet Harry! It was my 3rd training session today with this adorable little bean. He's been picking up on things so quickly. We worked on better focus and I taught him down. I love seeing how eager he is and how he's figuring things out.

It means so much to me when people put their animals in my care, especially when that animal has behavioral challenges that can make it extra stressful to find a trusted petsitter. I'm so grateful for my anxious and reactive dog clients! They teach me so much and I love building that bond with them.

Hi friends! Don't forget to get your pets on my schedule if you're going away this summer. Things are filling up fast! June & August are almost fully booked up, with good availability in July still. And the great news is, I'll be in town for the 4th! So if you need a sitter, or someone to work with your dog when all those scary fireworks are going off, get in touch.
