It’s been 1 year since Pastel has come home. She’s got so much soul, so much love and strength. Never known a kitty like her. Pastel, you are one of a kind. I’m so lucky I get to be your mom. Me and the whole animal family love you!!
Incredibly grateful for APA and her foster mom Bri for giving her a chance at life and making sure she was healthy. It was a long road with chronic UTI’s but with their help we got through it. If you’re thinking about adopting, please consider an incontinent kitty. They are truly special ❤️

So. . . I failed 🫣

I applied to adopt the foster kitty. After months of one adoption request after the other of potential adopters passing on him or ghosting us after they learned about his special needs; I've realized this baby boy is already home. He and Pastel have formed the most beautiful bond. Even my dog and bun have come around 🥰

I've battled with this decision ever since bringing him home but I know it's the right one. Here are some photos of him and Pastel that I took as I was filling out the adoption forms. Oh! And his name is.. Indigo Gabbro. Named after a beautiful black and grey speckled crystal 🖤 He never responded to Bubblegum (his shelter name) or Jack Black (what I originally tried out). But the very first time I called "Indigo Gabbro!" He came running and curled up in my lap.

Somebody needed a little bath of her hind quarters. Now she's looking for hiding spots to dry off- anywhere except the many beds and hidey houses I have 🙃 pushed over my shoes and took up space in the shoe rack 🐈 if I fits I sits
