Noticing more fur around the house lately?

As the seasons change, some dogs may shed more as their coats adjust to cooler weather. Regular brushing can help remove loose fur, prevent tangles, and keep their skin and coat healthy.

If your pup’s coat could use a little extra attention, we can help.

Calling all tiny monsters! 🎃 Our Puppy Hour Halloween Party is Wednesday, October 28 from 7 to 8pm, and your puppy is invited. Bring them in their cutest costume (or just their cutest face) for photos, supervised play, and trick-or-treating. It’s free, and every treat is for them.

This party is for puppies 8 to 24 weeks old, which is the sweet spot for early socialization and for being wobbly and adorable at the same time. Costumes are optional, but please skip anything chewable or anything that drags on the floor.

We’re conveniently located just outside Fox Valley Mall. Preregistration is required -- the link is in the first comment below.

Can’t make the party? Our regular Puppy Hour happens every Wednesday from 7 to 8pm!🐾

It’s almost Howl-O-Ween! 🎃🐾

Planning to bring your pup along for trick-or-treating? Costumes, candy, doorbells, decorations, and lots of people can make Halloween a lot for a dog to take in.

Here are five tips to keep in mind:

🐾 Make sure their costume is comfortable and doesn’t restrict movement
🐾 Check that ID tags and contact information are up to date
🐾 Bring dog-friendly treats and keep Halloween candy out of reach
🐾 Be mindful of decorations, noises, and other things that may startle your pup
